The Danish Warmblood horses experienced great success at the World Breeding Championship for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany in late August.
In the finals for the 6-year-olds, the approved stallion Hesselhoej Down Town by Hesselhøj Donkey Boy/ Blue Hors Zack (bred by Hans Jørgen Hoeck, owned by Helgstrand Dressage) was superbly presented by its Sweedish rider Jeanna Högberg.
With a total score of 97.000%, the pair secured the Gold Medal and the title of World Champion.
In the finals for the 7-year-olds horses, Blue Hors head rider Nanna Skodborg Merrald presented Blue Hors Touch of Olympic L by Blue Hors Don Olymbrio/ Fidermark (bred by Anja & Jan Petersen, owned by Blue Hors ApS). The pari scored no less than 83.965% and secured the Silver Medal.

- Queenparks Wendy by Sezuan/Blue Hors Soprano (bred by Kurt Gosmer, owned by Helgstrand Dressage)
- Elverhøjs Raccolto by Sezuan/Sandro Hit (bred by Berith Nielsen, owned by Helgstrand Dressage A/S)
