At the DWB Elite Show this weekend, the spectators could enjoy mares of the highest quality.
The jumper mares were first to go on Sunday morning at the DWB Elite Show. Nine mares had been selected at regional shows to participate at the Elite Show. The quality of the mares was very high and six of these mares were awarded the bronze medal and two were awarded the silver medal. But one mare outshined them all: Vicky Ask by Todt un Prince Ask/Larimar (bred and owned by Stutteri Ask) was awarded a gold medal and also won the title as DWB Jumper Mare of the Year. Vicky Ask scored 10 for both the canter and jumping capacity.
It is the first time since 2017 that a jumper mare claims a gold medal.
